Our Role

Northerndeal Remodeling is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not perform design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number shown on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

Our Compensation

Providers or marketing partners may pay Northerndeal Remodeling for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment may depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change the price a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Northerndeal Remodeling does not offer financing.

Independent Providers

Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents or partners of Northerndeal Remodeling. Each provider is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it communicates with you and conducts itself

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider or a promise about its work. Because of how we are compensated, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that time.

The Choice Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote and compare other quotes before deciding.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing reasons.
