How Our Network Works
Connect with a provider
Who Picks Up
When you call, you reach an independent remodeling provider who serves your area, or a partner who routes calls to one. Northerndeal Remodeling does not have remodelers on staff. The person on the line works for the provider's business.
What the First Call Sounds Like
Say you call about a leaking shower. Expect a few questions: Which bathroom? How long has it leaked? Any stains below? Which town? When could someone visit? It is a short conversation about your project. If it turns into pressure, you can end it.
If you send the form instead, the provider gets the same details and follows up.
What to Ask the Provider
- Do you hold the license my state requires?
- Can I see proof of insurance?
- Who pulls the permit?
- Will the quote be itemized?
- How are surprises behind walls priced?
- Can you give me a written description of any damage you find?
- What warranty covers your labor?
Write the answers down and keep them in your project folder.
You Make the Decisions
You decide the scope, the budget and who to hire. Nothing on the call commits you.
