Important Information About This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please take a moment to read this before using northerndeal.com. It is a general template and should not be read as legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Northerndeal Remodeling is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider and not by Northerndeal Remodeling.

No Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or outcome of any provider's work, and we cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

For General Information

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Each home is different, and so is each remodel. What suits one project may not suit yours, so please talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Any costs shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Actual prices depend on the job, the location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work begins.

Financing and Payment

Northerndeal Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. Payment terms are set by the provider you choose. Please read every contract carefully before you sign it.

Safety

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before they are disturbed. Please do not cut, sand or remove materials you are unsure about. If you believe there is a danger to life or safety, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Compensated

Providers or marketing partners may pay Northerndeal Remodeling when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
