Northerndeal Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Spokane area with independent local providers who remodel bathrooms and kitchens. We do not do the remodeling, and we do not have crews.
Why We Exist
Say you decide the bathroom finally needs work. You call three companies. One never calls back, one is booked for two months, and one wants to sell you something you did not ask for. A referral service shortens that search so a provider can see your room sooner.
How Matching Works
You call or send the estimate form with your town and a few details. Your call or request goes to an independent provider who serves that area, or to a marketing partner that routes it to one. The provider contacts you, visits and writes a quote.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers to keep appointments, explain the work plainly and give itemized written quotes. We expect respect for your home and time. Feedback from homeowners helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed.
What We Do Not Do
We do not set prices, sign contracts, schedule crews or inspect work. Each provider is an independent business responsible for its own work, licenses and insurance. Check credentials before you sign.
How We Are Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Northerndeal Remodeling for calls and referrals. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider. This does not change the price you are quoted. You pay the provider directly for any work you choose.
